What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer standard curbside delivery and premium white-glove assembly services. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items purchased.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all furniture comes with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Extended protection plans for accidental spills or damage are also available for purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can return items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Does the furniture come fully assembled?
Most of our items require some assembly to keep shipping costs low. Detailed instructions and hardware are included in every box, and we provide assembly videos for our most popular products.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
